Robert's garden is growing zucchini in abundance at the moment. I'm not sure how they will respond to the 110 degrees coming tomorrow, but I did invent a little salad for lunch today:
1 large zucchini, seeded and shredded
1 pink grapefruit, peeled, segmented, and chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, minced or pressed
Mix together in large bowl.
