Low FODMAP Chive Dip

5 tablespoons yogurt*
4 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 pinch salt

Mix and serve.

*Strain lactose free yogurt by lining a colander with cheese cloth, placing over a bowl, and straining for at least 5 hours.
